Cancellation Policy
~Cancellation: 24+ hours’ notice, no fee charged. If less than 24 hours = session charged. ~Rescheduling: 12+ hours' notice, no fee charged. If less than 12 hours = session charged. ~Late arrivals: I’ll hold the room for 10 minutes; session ends on time. ~Refunds: Coaching is a professional service; sessions are non‑refundable once delivered. If something urgent happens, message me and we’ll make a humane plan.
